This alleged 419er ringleader's name is given as Felix Anocikeor Emeka. Of this man, one 419 target has stated "He is responsible for tons of criminal activities, the boss! He tried to kill me." Another counter-419 organization (the WONST, see out links section) also said concerning this person "What name did he use? We know that he (they) killed one American and probably 2 Canadians." It has been reported that this man has operated out of Kampala Uganda.
